and who believe that the secret to great cooking is having on hand the freshest ingredients available.

In our quest for the best, we learned to appreciate each country’s distinct home-grown specialty, and are continuously on the lookout for good produce from various sources all over the world.

In New Zealand and Australia, we found the best meat from grass-fed cattle, while berries and vegetables—best grown in cold climates—can be sourced too in this part of the world, especially during their scarce summer months in the Northern hemisphere.

The Philippines—with its year-round temperate climate—has proven to be one of the best suppliers of delicious mangoes, bananas and pineapples, and lately, for the celebrated extra virgin coconut oil known for its positive health benefits.
